Framewerx is based in Edmonton, Alberta, but this posting is open to applicants living anywhere in Canada and this position may be eligible for a remote working arrangement.

  • Full-time salaried position, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries
  • Assess the service needs of clients and prioritize and connect with correct team
  • Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
  • Organize and schedule technical response teams
  • Data entry, documentation, auditing, and tracking
  • Able to prioritize to meet expectations and deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between client, office, and technical teams
  • Understanding of purchasing, purchase orders, etc. process
  • Organize and track parts inventory and equipment

  • 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High quality organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
  • The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Assets to your Application

  • Functional knowledge of ticketing system scheduling
  • Kaseya BMS experience


  • Relocation not required
  • Available anywhere in Canada, but Edmonton is desired

Compensation Considerations

  • 40,000 – 60,000 CAD depending on experience
