Framewerx is based in Edmonton, Alberta, but this posting is looking for applicants in Nova Scotia.

  • Full-time salaried position, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
  • In your role of IT field service technician, you will work at the front lines of the service department.  You will be in a pod of technicians with a senior technician to help guide and direct work for our clients.  Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answering telephones and responding to email support requests.
  • Responsible for end user support
  • Assess the service needs of clients and prioritize within your pod to resolve
  • Data entry, documentation, and tracking of time and assets


  • Onsite first response for client site visits as required or at direction of senior staff

  • Accurate time entry and issue tracking daily

  • Associate or bachelors degree in related study
  • Class 5 Drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
  • Full vaccination status, able to meet client and travel requirements for entry as a condition of employment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High quality organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Assets to your Application

  • Previous IT Experience
  • Functional knowledge of ticketing system scheduling
  • Kaseya BMS experience


  • Resides in Nova Scotia
  • Working hours are local time in Nova Scotia

Compensation Considerations

  • 40,000 – 60,000 CAD depending on experience
  • Benefits with Health Spending Account
  • RRSP matching
